What services do you offer?

We offer screen printing and embroidery for apparel, promotional materials, and other items. We do NOT have direct-to-garment printing, sublimation printing, and we do not sew patches,

What is your turnaround time?

We ask for two weeks time to complete your order from start to finish. If you need it sooner than that, we will work with you but depending on the job we may ask for a rush fee.

Do I have to provide my own materials to be screen printed or embroidered?

You may provide your own materials if you would like but you may find it to be cheaper to order apparel and other merchandise through us. If you would like to see what we have to offer please check out the catalogs page.

What is your minimum quantity for an order?

For embroidery, there is no minimum quantity. For screen printing we typically ask for a minimum of 12 pieces per logo especially if the logo is more than one color. Anything less than 12 pieces and more than one color can be discussed but may be cost prohibitive.

When do I pay for my order?

Typically you can pay when you come to pick up your order. We take cash, card, and checks. If you have a very large order and are a new customer we may ask for 50% up front.
