How does it all work?

This page will show you our process and give you an idea of what your experience will be!

Step One: Have an Idea

Whether you have a business, a project, or an event we can help you customize apparel and other merchandise with screen printing, embroidery or both. You need hats with your business name and phone number to help advertise? You have employees you need polo shirts for? You have an upcoming event where you would like to sell shirts? Whatever your idea we can help make it happen.

Step Two: Get a Quote

Once you have that idea in mind the next best step is to contact us. Fill out at quick form on here, give us a call, or email Jimmy directly and we can give you a better idea on how much it’s going to cost. Our turnaround time is around 2 weeks but we can work with you if need be. If you’re good with the price then the next step is to…

Step Three: Send us your Art

Whether you have a pre-existing logo or a doodle on paper we can make your idea a reality. For screen printing, the amount of colors matter. Each color in your logo means a screen that we have to prepare, burn, set-up, and clean. We ask for $25/color set-up fee for screen printing and we are limited to 7 solid colors. If you need more we can use a technique called a four color process. This will print dots of color that will blend to create a multitude of shades. If it is going on a dark shirt it will need an underbase of white ink to make the colors pop. If your logo is very colorful but you’re on a tight budget we can narrow those colors down to help save you money.

If you have no art or even a doodle you can just give us some instructions and we can create a logo for you.

Once you’ve sent us the art we will work you up what we call a proof or a mock-up. This will give a close approximation of what your products will look like at the end. We can make tweaks until you are satisfied with it.

For embroidery, if you have a logo that you want to be embroidered we have to get it digitized. This is $40 one time set-up fee (more for big logos) but once you have it digitized you can put it on hats, polo shirts, jackets, bags, and other apparel. If you just want just text however there isn’t a set up cost. The limit on colors is 15.

Step Four: Place an Order

Once you’re happy with the quote and the art it’s time to send us your order. For screen printing we typically ask for 12 pieces minimum. No minimum quantity needed for embroidery. You can check out the online catalogs for what items you would like us to order. Then you send us the quantities, colors, type of items. We can also print or embroider customer supplied items.

Step Five: Printing/Embroidery

This is where we take over and do what we do best. For screen printing, first we take the art and do what is called film separations. Then we take that film and use it to burn screens. We set up those screens on the printing press and print the shirts. Then we run those shirts through the dryer to cure. Finally we fold and box them up.

Step Six: Invoice/Payment/Pick-Up

Finally we make you an invoice. You might receive an invoice before your order is ready, but we will let you know when they are ready for pick up. Once you get your invoice you can come in to pay it, pay over the phone, or you can pay when you come to pick up your order.
